About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing, strategic, and commercially savvy Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing our enterprise sales strategy and driving partnerships that support expansion across Australia and beyond. As a member of the enterprise business development team, you’ll own the full sales cycle and help shape the future of how our ambient scribe technology transforms clinical practice.
You’ll bring deep experience in healthcare technology, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You approach your work with curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Operations & Strategy
Execute and refine the enterprise commercial strategy in line with business goals.
Identify and capitalise on market expansion and client acquisition opportunities.
Source and qualify strategic partnerships to unlock new markets (domestic and international).
Monitor product-market fit and evolve the commercial approach to reflect emerging trends and customer needs.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations, industry forums, and strategic discussions.
Establish trust and credibility with partners and prospects.
3. Driving Sales Results
Own the new business enterprise pipeline from lead generation through to close, including contracting.
Communicate forecasts and pipeline health to commercial and executive stakeholders.
Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and competitive intel.
Provide input into sales processes using data-driven insights.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver on commercial priorities.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and ensure integration between sales and marketing.
Serve as a liaison between commercial and other business units, escalating key priorities.
