As our Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will be critical to our daily operations, balancing high-level executive support with hands-on office management. You will be the go-to problem solver, ensuring that both leadership and the wider team have everything they need to operate at peak efficiency.
Manage and optimize schedules for leadership, ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact work.
Handle administrative tasks, travel, expenses, and inbox triage, keeping leaders focused on big-picture priorities.
Proactively remove friction, ensuring leadership has the context and support they need to operate efficiently.
Manage confidential and high-stakes matters with discretion and sound judgment.
Own the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Manage vendors, office supplies, and facilities, keeping the workspace well-functioning and organized.
Coordinate team events, offsites, and internal gatherings, ensuring smooth execution.
Ensure internal processes are efficient and scalable, constantly identifying ways to improve.
Be a proactive fixer—when you see a problem, you take ownership and solve it.
Juggle multiple priorities with ease, ensuring that urgent matters are handled while long-term projects stay on track.
Work autonomously and take initiative—we don’t micromanage, and we need someone who thrives with responsibility.

That said, the ideal candidate will have:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations, or in similar role.
Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, etc.).
Highly proficient with technology and automation tools to optimise workflows.
