Head of Sales
Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians' most time-consuming tasks. Placed in General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics, Lyrebird is saving clinicians on average two hours per day and enabling a level of care that was previously impossible. We're on a mission to build technology that healthcare professionals can trust, and we need a visionary sales leader to help us drive growth and deliver on that promise.
We're seeking a strategic and highly operational Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our sales organization across our SMB and Enterprise segments. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive sustainable growth through both product-led and sales-led motions.
As the sales leader at Lyrebird Health, you'll create a vision for a high-performing sales function that builds trust with healthcare professionals, accelerates revenue growth, and establishes market leadership. You'll be responsible for developing strategies and executing with operational excellence to ensure consistent delivery against revenue targets while building a high-performance team.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with our company mission and growth objectives
Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies across individual, SMB, and Enterprise customer segments
Create and maintain a customer-centric sales culture throughout the organization
Build, develop, and coach a high-performance sales team across all segments
Partner closely with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals across SMB and Enterprise segments
Develop and implement repeatable sales processes and playbooks that drive predictable revenue
Create segment-specific sales motions that address the unique needs of individual, SMB, and enterprise customers
Design and implement commission plans and incentive structures that drive the right behaviors
Own and track key sales metrics/KPIs (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle length, win rates, etc.)
Set and allocate quotas across the sales organization
Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance
Implement systems and processes to manage the sales pipeline effectively
Collaborate with Revenue Operations on forecasting, reporting, and process optimization to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and efficiency
Develop and grow strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate market penetration
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
Represent Lyrebird Health at industry events and with key stakeholders
5+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles
Proven track record building and scaling sales functions in high-growth subscription SaaS start-ups
Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth strategies
Success selling to individual, SMB, and enterprise customer segments
Experience building a sales function from 0 to 1
Healthcare industry experience and proficiency with HubSpot is a plus
