About the job

We're building a dedicated revenue operations function here at Lyrebird Health to streamline and optimize our revenue processes through data-driven decision-making and systematic improvements. We're seeking an analytical and process-driven Revenue Operations Specialist who can help build this function from the ground-up and lead all aspects of revenue operations, including forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, target-setting, incentive planning, onboarding, process optimisation, communications, and ongoing funnel improvement - covering every stage from deal creation to revenue conversion.

What you will do

Systems & Process Management

  • Own and optimize our revenue tech stack, with particular focus on HubSpot CRM implementation and maintenance

  • Develop and document standardized processes for our GTM operations

  • Ensure smooth integration between various systems across the company

Data & Analytics

  • Establish and track core revenue KPIs across GTM teams

  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for revenue teams

  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

  • Support the team with readily accessible and trackable reporting, analytics and dashboards — including, but not limited to, funnel metrics, leads and deals, pipeline hygiene, and individual forecasts

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to implement process improvements

  • Support revenue teams with technical needs and system optimization

  • Ensure the entire revenue infrastructure aligns with both our product-led and sales-led growth strategies

Revenue Performance

  • Help develop and maintain revenue forecasting models

  • Support pricing and packaging initiatives

  • Monitor and report on key revenue metrics and trends

Required experience

  • Minimum three years in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles

  • Experience building revenue operations functions, processes and systems from the ground up

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM implementation, maintenance and optimization

  • Experience working in a SaaS subscription business
